Safety tips for parents

We recommend the following to help keep your child safe when using our tutoring platform.

• Meet in a safe environment — Arrange first sessions in a safe, supervised environment (e.g. at home with you present, or in a public space).
• Verify tutors — Prefer tutors who have completed identity verification (Verified Tutor badge) and check their profile and reviews.
• Use platform messaging — Keep communication on the platform until you are comfortable.
• Report concerns — If something doesn’t feel right, report it to us and pause sessions until resolved.
