Code of conduct for tutors

As a tutor on our platform, you agree to uphold the following standards.

• Professional behaviour — Be respectful, punctual, and appropriate in all sessions and communications.
• Safeguarding — Never put a child at risk. Sessions should be in appropriate settings and you must not seek private contact outside the platform in a way that could compromise safety.
• Identity verification — Complete identity verification so parents can see your Verified Tutor status.
• Reporting — Report any safeguarding concerns immediately to the platform.
